About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will take full ownership of complex mobile growth problems, work directly with ambitious app teams, and turn research into measurable execution.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute growth experiments across acquisition and conversion.
- Translate complex data into clear priorities and action plans.
- Collaborate directly with senior operators and client teams.
- Measure impact, document learning, and improve the system.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and crisp communication.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, outcome-focused teams.
- Professional English and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile apps, MMPs, ASO, or paid acquisition.
- Familiarity with automation and AI-assisted workflows.
