What we bring together

A Complete Product Growth Operating System

Product Growth Strategy

We map activation, habit, conversion, repeat value, retention, and churn risk to the behaviors teams can observe and influence, then prioritize the questions and opportunities worth instrumenting.

Implementation & Governance

We trace SDKs, sources, identities, events, properties, groups, tracking plans, schema controls, transformations, privacy, destinations, and ownership so every analysis starts from dependable data.

Experimentation System

We turn product opportunities into testable hypotheses with clean assignment, exposure, metrics, guardrails, QA, decision rules, rollout plans, and a repeatable learning cadence.

Key capabilities

What We Unlock with Amplitude

Move from scattered event dashboards to a governed system that explains customer behavior, identifies growth opportunities, tests product decisions, and turns learning into action.

01

Taxonomy, Identity & Data Governance

Translate product and commercial questions into a governed event, property, user, group, source, ownership, and validation model across mobile, web, backend, CDP, and warehouse inputs.

02

Funnels, Journeys, Retention & Cohorts

Model activation paths, friction, conversion, repeat value, retention, churn risk, and meaningful behavioral cohorts with explicit definitions, denominators, and interpretation limits.

03

Session Replay & Experience Diagnosis

Connect quantitative anomalies to representative replay evidence, then distinguish implementation defects, usability friction, audience differences, and product hypotheses before prioritizing work.

04

Experimentation & Growth Activation

Design trustworthy feature and web experiments with clear exposure, assignment, metrics, guardrails, decision rules, rollout plans, and downstream cohort activation.

Our signature service

Amplitude Product Analytics & Experimentation Audit

We trace the full path from business questions, instrumentation, identity, and taxonomy through charts, dashboards, cohorts, replay, experiments, governance, destinations, and team workflows. The result is a prioritized plan for more reliable product and growth decisions.

01

SDKs, Sources & Identity

Validate projects, environments, mobile and web SDKs, server events, CDP and warehouse sources, user and device IDs, group analytics, timestamps, session behavior, and release coverage.

02

Taxonomy & Data Quality

Audit event names, properties, user properties, tracking plans, schemas, validation, transformations, sensitive data, ownership, documentation, and change-management routines.

03

Analysis & Decision Architecture

Review north-star and input metrics, funnels, journeys, retention, cohorts, dashboards, alerts, replay workflows, definitions, filters, denominators, and stakeholder use cases.

04

Experiments & Activation

Inspect flag configuration, assignment, exposure, variants, targeting, metrics, guardrails, sample quality, decision rules, rollouts, approvals, destinations, and audience activation.

Amplitude Partnership FAQs

What does Amplitude Certified Partner mean for our project?
It means Grovix can combine platform-specific implementation and analysis knowledge with product strategy, data governance, experimentation, measurement, and team enablement. The engagement is designed around your product, data maturity, decision needs, release process, and commercial goals rather than a generic dashboard package.
Can Grovix audit an existing Amplitude implementation?
Yes. We review projects, environments, SDKs, APIs, CDP and warehouse inputs, identity, events, properties, groups, taxonomy, tracking plans, charts, dashboards, cohorts, replay, experiments, destinations, permissions, and operating workflows. Findings are prioritized by customer impact, decision risk, and implementation effort.
Does improving Amplitude require re-instrumenting the entire product?
Usually not. We preserve reliable events and reports, identify the smallest set of taxonomy, identity, schema, or implementation changes needed, and stage repairs around release constraints. A broader re-instrumentation is recommended only when the current foundation cannot support trustworthy analysis.
How do you create an Amplitude tracking plan?
We start with the product and business decisions teams need to make, then define the user actions, entities, events, properties, identities, sources, owners, validation rules, and documentation required to support them. The tracking plan becomes a shared contract rather than an inventory of everything the product could collect.
How do you approach user identity across mobile, web, and backend systems?
We define when device and user identifiers are created, how anonymous history is associated after identification, how logout and account switching behave, which source owns each property, and how duplicates or unintended merges are detected. Identity QA uses explicit cross-device and lifecycle test cases.
Can Grovix build funnels, journeys, retention reports, and behavioral cohorts?
Yes. We first agree on the decision each analysis must support, then define events, order, windows, eligibility, exclusions, conversion criteria, return behavior, cohorts, filters, breakdowns, and denominators. We validate representative users before turning the analysis into a shared dashboard or operating metric.
How should Session Replay be used with product analytics?
Replay is most valuable when sampled from a clearly defined quantitative signal such as a funnel drop, error cohort, rage interaction, or unexpected retention pattern. We use it to generate and validate hypotheses, not to generalize from a few memorable sessions or replace aggregate evidence.
Can Grovix design Amplitude experiments and feature-flag workflows?
Yes. We define the hypothesis, assignment unit, audience, variants, exposure event, primary metric, guardrails, sample and duration expectations, QA cases, rollout and rollback behavior, and decision rule. We also separate flag delivery from actual exposure and confirm the analysis unit matches the assignment unit.
How do you measure product impact beyond clicks and feature usage?
We connect product behavior to activation, repeat value, conversion, retention, subscription state, expansion, revenue, and customer experience where the data supports it. Diagnostic engagement metrics remain useful, but they do not replace business outcomes or prove causality without an appropriate experimental design.
Can Amplitude connect with our CDP, attribution, CRM, messaging, or warehouse stack?
Yes. Depending on the source, destination, latency, and use case, the architecture may use SDKs, APIs, event streaming, CDP connections, warehouse imports or exports, and cohort destinations. We document identity, schema, direction, retries, privacy, validation, and ownership for every material route.
What happens after the audit?
We convert findings into a sequenced backlog, align owners across product, engineering, data, analytics, growth, lifecycle, and leadership, validate the highest-risk fixes, and establish a measurement and experimentation roadmap with release safeguards and recurring quality reviews.
