MarTech & MMP Audit

Building a Trustworthy Measurement System for a Fintech App

The engagement established a documented framework for tracing acquisition traffic from source to conversion, giving the team a repeatable way to validate MMP configuration, data handoffs, and campaign traffic.

The Constraint

What Had to Change

The team needed a defensible view of how acquisition traffic moved from its source through MMP attribution and into downstream product measurement. SDKs, events, links, partner handoffs, and reporting logic had to be assessed as one connected system rather than as isolated tools.

The Intervention

How the Work Moved Forward

01

Build the Foundation

We conducted a MarTech and MMP audit spanning more than 200 pages that documented the measurement architecture, reviewed attribution and traffic-tracking logic, and translated the findings into a prioritized validation and remediation framework.

02

Audit the Measurement System End to End

The review covered the MarTech stack, MMP configuration, event taxonomy, attribution windows, deep links, partner integrations, raw-data exports, and privacy controls. Mapping these elements together made it possible to examine where traffic identity and measurement context could be lost between systems.

03

Turn Findings into Traffic Validation

We mapped the data flow, compared event and MMP signals, defined traffic-validation scenarios, and organized the findings into a prioritized action plan. The result was a practical QA structure the team could use to test acquisition paths and investigate breaks in attribution.

The Outcome

What the Evidence Shows

Abstract source-to-conversion traffic traceability visual

The engagement established a documented framework for tracing acquisition traffic from source to conversion, giving the team a repeatable way to validate MMP configuration, data handoffs, and campaign traffic.

The audit created a shared technical baseline for validating how campaign traffic entered the app, how the MMP interpreted it, and how downstream systems received the resulting measurement data.

Because the client remains under NDA, the case does not disclose its identity, vendors, implementation details, or commercial performance. The evidence is the documented audit scope and the source-to-conversion validation framework established through the engagement.
